Today marks one week of being away. We’ve seen a little bit of London and a lot of Ireland. Three nights in Dublin, two in Cork and now Galway for the next three. We’ve seen some great things, including: Bru na Boinne (the Neolithic burial site that dates back 5000 years), the Rock of Cashel (ancient Cathedral and chapel on a magnificent hill), and Blarney Castle with it’s famous stone. In the next few days we expect to visit the Cliffs of Moher and Connemara, then head back to Dublin for a night before heading to England.

Stopped in Toronto for an hour…enjoying Canada’s finest, Coyote Jack’s. Next stop London.

We’ve purchased our airfare, our rail pass and this past week we booked all of our hostels and ferries. Here’s the route the Ambassadors will take through Europe.

We may have moved out of the Ambassador apartments last June, but the adventures of Shannon and Sarah have just begun! We’ve started planning our backpacking trip around Europe (leaving in July), where our namesake will hold new and more relevant meaning!

Shannon went into the city today and interviewed for a field study/internship with Sage Femme midwifery. And she got it!!!! She starts in July!
